Durable Cold Welding Solution for Demanding Metal Repairs

The Vivolux High-Performance Metal Repair Adhesive (MetalFix) is an industrial-grade solution for the permanent repair of metal surfaces. This two-component adhesive was specially developed to replace welding work for cracks, holes, or corrosion damage. After complete curing, the adhesive forms an extremely durable bond that can be drilled, sanded, and painted over.

Technical Highlights & Material Properties

• Extremely High Adhesive Strength: Creates a structural bond on steel, iron, aluminum, and other alloys. Resists mechanical stresses and vibrations in automotive and mechanical engineering.
• Thermal & Chemical Resistance: The cured bond is temperature-stable and resistant to oils, fuels, and most household chemicals – ideal for engine blocks, radiators, or pipelines.
• Easy Application: The precise mixing ratio allows for straightforward application without special tools. The adhesive flows into the finest cracks and ensures a waterproof seal.
• Versatile Post-Processing: Once maximum final strength is reached, the material behaves like metal and can be machined (filing, milling, drilling).
