Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return label: flat $9.99 USD, deducted from your refund — nothing to pay upfront.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover all return and replacement costs.

Exchanges: contact us and mention "exchange" — the new item ships once your return arrives.
