• Return label: flat $9.99 USD, deducted from your refund — nothing to pay upfront.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover all return and replacement costs.
• No restocking fees.
• Exchanges: contact us and mention "exchange" — the new item ships once your return arrives.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection.
