Our smart punching bag is a super cool and above all safe way to motivate kids to stay fit and active, and get away from the screen. The punching bag is made from such durable material that even the adults in the family can have a good round of boxing training.

Practice Taekwondo, Karate, or Boxing wherever you want – in the garden, in the garage, in the dining room, or even on vacation. In a simple and fun way, you can both burn calories and strengthen your body while being perfect for "stress relief".

The punching bag is made of sturdy PVC material in multiple layers with an extra thick base that can be filled with water or sand to ensure better stability. The top part is inflated with air (pump not included). We recommend protecting the floor with a mat.
