Application

1. Strip: Use the provided wire stripper to strip the cable end to the appropriate length.
2. Insert: Slide the terminal lug onto the stripped cable end and place it in the crimping pliers – the tool automatically adjusts the jaw spacing.
3. Crimp: Squeeze the handles until the ratchet mechanism releases and the connection is freed – the crimping is complete.

Pro Tip: For very thin cables (under 0.5 mm²), slightly pre-fold the lug before inserting it – this makes it sit more securely in the jaws and prevents it from slipping out during crimping.
